The Council's Oracle Table
As anyone who knows me, I have always had an affinity for the cubic dice. I'm always looking for ways to use them. So, in this post, I was inspired by Wisdom of Hypatia and created my own table of oracles.
Generating an Oracle
To generate an oracle, you will need either five six-side dice, as they're ubiquitous, or five astragaloi, for the extra flavor. If dice are used, re-roll 2's and 5's. The reason for the re-rolling is astragaloi only have 4 markings, 1; 3; 4; and 6, due to the shape of the talus bone, so we want the effect of a talus bone in this case. Additionally, I created this mysterious "Council", instead of the Greek gods, which seems to add a more mystical aspect to the table.

| 21 | No crops sown goes unrecognized by the Council. |
| 22 | Victory to the one who completes many trials. |
| 23 | Remain a friend as the Council speaks true. |
| 24 | You and your friends will have a great parting. |
| 25 | The actions are noble. |
| 26 | Your carelessness has caused you to blame the Council. |
| 27 | If you succeed, you will find blessing overflowing. |
| 28 | Your harvest will be difficult, not fruitful. |
| 30 | The Council does not show you favor |
Once an oracle is generated, if the oracle doesn't meet the desires of the questioner, it may be done up to two times more.
